Adaptive light control automatically adjusts the headlights to improve the driver’s vision at night while avoiding limiting the view of other drivers. Using the forward-facing camera, the system detects oncoming headlights and taillights to automatically switch from high beams to low beams. When traffic has cleared, the adaptive light control switches the headlights back to high beams.
